About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities. This role will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing program data to help measure impact and inform continuous improvement across our educational programs, bootcamps, and community initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work closely with program teams to gather both quantitative and qualitative data, maintain accurate databases, and contribute to storytelling and reporting efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our data collection practices are ethical, safeguarded, and aligned with best practices while helping to track progress against key performance indicators.

What you'll do

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in M&E, Project Management, Education, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Basic understanding of M&E concepts and data collection
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel; Google Forms or digital tools an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within project counties

Requirements

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from programs, bootcamps, and community sessions
  • Assist with surveys, attendance tracking, and classroom observation
  • Enter, clean, and organize program data
  • Document case studies, stories of change, and learning briefs
  • Support tracking KPIs, dashboards, and reports
  • Contribute to post-activity reflections and program learning
  • Assist in safeguarding and ethical data collection
